Portrait on an auction

Portrait of Dorota by Magdalena Pierwocha was put up for the auction on the occasion of Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy  (one of the biggest polish action of collecting money for medical help). The piece is based on a photograph by Kama Czudowska/Natalia Jakubowska done for the session for the album "Caminho". The portrait signed by the artist will be sent to the winner of the auction! Dimensions are 32 x50 cm, painted in the technique of "dry brush" black oil paint and rubber, with the additional use of pencils for details. Additionaly there is a movie showing the making-of of the portrait to the accompaniment of the song "Nucę, gwiżdżę sobie."
